3M Surface Cleaner – 16VHBSC

An isopropyl alcohol mixture used for removing surface contaminants (fingerprints, detergents and moisture) to ensure a successful bond with all types of high bond double sided adhesive tapes. If the surface is heavily contaminated with oil and grease, then this should first be cleaned with our industrial cleaner, before a final clean with this product.
