Section Introduction
Our double coated carriered range of products is one of the most extensive available in the industry, sourced from a variety of leading tape manufacturers. A range of over one hundred products ensures that we have a solution for almost every conceivable bonding application including:
- Low surface energy plastics e.g. Polypropylene
- Silicone Rubber
- Heavily plasticised vinyls such as P.V.C
- High temperature bonding applications
- Electrical conductive transfers for bonding flexible circuit boards
- Thermally conductive transfers for bonding heat sinks to processors
Applications include pre-fixing, laminating, slicing, bonding, positioning, attaching and plate mounting.
Whilst the majority of thin double sided tapes are made up of a carrier (either filmic or tissue) coated both sides with either a rubber or acrylic adhesive, our Adhesive Transfer product range is film of pure adhesive extruded on to a silicone release liner, used extensively in point-of-sale, shopfitting, picture framing, furniture and electronics applications.
Ultra clear products are also available for bonding for example light boxes to ensure an invisible glue line
As with all our tape products we can offer a format of presentation customised for ease of application.This might be a 'fingerlift' top linered product available in roll format or die cut shapes and pads.
