A range of foam carriered products with thickness ranges from 0.4mm to 6.0mm. Suitable for a variety of interior and exterior applications including:

Mirror Mounting

- Nameplate bonding

- Panel bonding

- Bonding of PVC trunking
- Glazing applications (including Dow Corning approved Glazing foams)
- Automotive specification foams for interior mirror and exterior trim mounting

Removable products are also available for temporary holding and fixing.

High Shear Acrylic Foam 208 Ref: 23

A closed cell foam with a plasticiser migration resistant adhesive. The product offers good all round performance and is widely used on the following applications:

Point of Sale fabrication (particularly in hot environments e.g shop windows or under display lights)
General Sign Making, plastic trim bonding, cable clip bonding, bonding of PVC trunking.

We offer two widths of product as standard.

We hold log stock of this product and can therefore offer any slit width required up to 1000mm wide. In addition the product may be die cut to specific shapes or produced as pads or sheets.

3M™ Double Coated Rubber Adhesive Foam Ref: 9528

A polyethylene foam tape backed with a rubber resin adhesive system. The product features good holding power to a variety of surfaces including low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene.

Widely used mainly for internal applications such as, splicing of; paper,foil or film, mounting of posters or display items, mounting of plastic nameplates and parts, manufacture of sample cards.

Thickness Options: 0.8mm and 1.5mm ( 0.8mm sold as standard)

Structural Glazing and Cladding FoamTapes V2100 6mm x 16.5m Ref: 21

A high strength polyurethane foam substrate for structural glazing and cladding. The product features a polyethylene liner which may be removed easily without tearing and a double sided pressure sensitive acrylic system that bonds well to both metal and glass. The product still maintains spacing by virtue of the semi rigid foam core.

The open cell structure of the foam allows air and mositure to reach the silicone permitting optimum curing. The product is compatible with a number of leading silicone manufacturers products including Dow Corning.

Applications include: spacer for two and four sided structural glazing systems, thermal break on storm windows and doors, conventional glazing and interior spacer.

Thicknesses: 3.2mm,4.8mm,6.4mm,8.0mm,9.5,, and 12.5mm (our standard thickness 6.4mm)
Widths: 6mm through to 1422mm (our standard width 6mm)
