Individual Foam Pads on a roll with Fingerlift Top Liner Ref: cp4 Pads of individual double sided or single sided adhesive tapes may be produced on a roll. For double sided products the top liner may be produced as a fingerlift (i.e overhanging the product on both sides) to facilitate ease of top liner removal once the product has been applied to a surface. Typical pad sizes may be 25mm square, however we have the facility to make pads on a roll up to to 180 mm wide with lengths as required. There are no set roll quantities. It should be noted that not all double sided products can be produced in this format for example High bond foams.

Die Cut Circles with Easy Release Top Liner overhanging tab Ref: CP2 Circular die cuts from 4mm diameter to 300mm Diameter may be produced, with or without an overhanging top liner tab. The product shown is a black high bond double sided tape of 0.5mm thickness. This format can be produced with virtually any double sided tape up to 4mm in total thickness. Typical industries using this type of format include: Point of sale / purchase, Trophy manufacturing.

Very High Bond Double Sided Tape - Die Cut for Automotive application Ref: CP1 This product is a die cut conversion from a double sided tape master roll. The finished product is used to bond an automotive metal component to an ABS housing. The ABS housing is a subcomponent manufactured by our customer. They wanted to apply the double sided tape to the housing which was then delivered trackside for final assembly The end user required a very quick means of removing the top adhesive liner. This was achieved by laminating a pull tab to the top liner. Please contact us about how we can format double sided tapes for ease of application

Die Cut Circles Ref: CP5 The example shown is for circles of high temperature Kapton for masking applications up to 315 deg C short term. We can offer circle diameters from 4mm to 300mm diameter and up to 180mm in roll format. We offer either filmic or paper release liners in a variety of release levels Both double and single sided adhesive tapes may be supplied in this format.

Intricate Die Cut for Automotive Badging Application Ref: cp3 Intricate double sided adhesive tape die cuts may be produced using an engraved or spark eroded solid tool die. This particular product was 0.2mm thickness and consisted of a polyester carrier coated both sides with a high performance acrylic adhesive. These type of products can be supplied in either roll or individual pad formats.
